Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Gender: Female (Preferable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR rounds and assist in offer negotiations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure smooth joining experience.
  • Support general HR operations as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
