Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Telangana. The Branch Manager will oversee overall branch operations, manage a team of professionals, and ensure smooth execution of recruitment and human resource management services. Key responsibilities include achieving business targets, ensuring client satisfaction, mentoring and motivating employees, and driving business development initiatives. The role aligns closely with fostering growth while maintaining high standards of service delivery and team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven team management and leadership abilities, including mentoring and motivating team members
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing solutions
  • Proficiency in payroll management, employee data handling, and overall human resource management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience or knowledge in BFSI and related sectors is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
