Opening for HR Recruiter

Location: Chennai (Velachery)

Exp : 1-3 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, job descriptions, and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels: job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone or video pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual interviews, as required.
  • Help with employer branding by crafting job postings and promoting the company as an attractive place to work.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other HR systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work with Latest Skills like AI,ML,Gen AI,Cloud,Devops,IMS etc..,
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Strong sourcing skills (job boards, LinkedIn, social media).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple open roles.
  • Analytical mindset to track and report recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
