Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
with 1 year of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain qualified employees who align with the company's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and career portals.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Assist in campus recruitment and job fairs when required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support HR initiatives like employee engagement, onboarding, and induction programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge in AI Tools
