About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about people management and eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support HR team in campus drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events.
  • Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
  • Handle basic pre-onboarding tasks like document collection and background checks.
  • Assist with other HR initiatives such as employee engagement and onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn recruitment tools, HR software, and best practices.
  • Experience 0-6 months
