Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Recruiter based in Chennai, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The HR Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Administrative tasks related to recruitment reporting and compliance may also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidates
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple open positions and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Ability to adhere to recruitment compliance standards and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in recruitment, especially within the tech industry, is a plus
