HR Recruiter Internship cum Placement - Aerolyt

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in
    sourcing candidates
    through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and
    schedule interviews
    with shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and
    update recruitment trackers
    .
  • Assist in drafting
    job descriptions and offer letters
    .
  • Support the HR team in
    onboarding and other HR-related administrative tasks
    .
  • Participate in
    talent mapping and employer branding initiatives
    .

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Strong
    organization and time management abilities
    .
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • High level of
    enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn
    .
