Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts professional is responsible for managing both accounting functions of the organization. This role ensures smooth financial management, process coordination, and operational efficiency across departments. The position involves handling financial reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day business operations to support company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

* Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

* Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.

* Handle bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

* Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and compliance with accounting standards.

* Support internal and external audit processes.

* Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.

Required Skills and Competencies:

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and operational processes

* Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel / Zoho / accounting software

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance procedures

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

* Strong communication and leadership abilities

* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and a team.

Qualification:

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred)

* 5–8 years of experience in accounting and operations roles

* Experience in handling finance and office administration simultaneously is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
