Sales Coordinator
to join our team and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to streamline daily activities and ensure timely execution of sales processes.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide necessary follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships across Life Sciences, Pharma, and Hospital sectors.
- Generate, update, and maintain accurate
Daily Sales Reports (DSRs)
to monitor performance and progress. - Utilize CRM tools (Odoo or equivalent) for tracking leads, managing data, and ensuring seamless communication within the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, technical, and logistics, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, analyze data trends, and support the sales team with actionable insights.
- Handle documentation, including quotations, invoices, and other client-related communications.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields. - Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination within the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Hospital industry.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in
CRM tools
for sales tracking and lead management (knowledge of Odoo is a plus). - Advanced expertise in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
