Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, helping them meet sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain positive relationships.
  • Operations Management: Manage schedules, process orders, and ensure timely product or service delivery to customers.
  • Data Management: Create, organize, and update sales databases, track sales data, and prepare reports on sales performance.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Sales Material Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of sales supplies, such as brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Sales Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to help the sales team achieve their goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
