Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between sales team, design team, and clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales trackers, and dashboards.
  • Schedule client meetings, showroom visits, and site surveys.
  • Coordinate with designers for timely preparation and sharing of estimates/quotations.
  • Ensure proper documentation: client approvals, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor progress of projects and update sales team and clients regularly.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals.
  • Track payments, reminders, and follow-up with clients in coordination with accounts team.
  • Support BDMs in lead validation, nurturing, and closure efforts.
  • Provide daily/weekly MIS and sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience as Sales Coordinator/Admin in interior, real estate, or premium product industry (preferred).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Strong multitasking, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and client-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
