Position: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Ctc- Depend on interview

working Days- 6 Days

Location- Manesar, Gurugram

Industry: Manufacturing (preferably Gears / Gear Cutting Machines / Automotive Components)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations, inquiries, and client communication.
  • Prepare quotations, technical offers, and sales documentation.
  • Handle customer correspondence and follow up on offers, orders, and dispatch schedules.
  • Maintain and update sales records, order tracking, and customer databases.
  • Liaise with production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
  • Provide administrative support for sales reporting, MIS, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in English (spoken & written).

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of gear cutting processes, machines, and components.
  • Proficient in computer operations – MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems, and email communication.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
