What we are looking into you:
We are working on hygiene care and development in the rural areas with clients throughout India and relations worldwide.
Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client and investor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan.
Travel throughout India may be required for this position.
What you'll be doing:
· Make Vendors in Retail and Corporate sectors for rural development
· Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on their needs and market gaps
· Identify & Develop new vendors across the country and worldwide.
· Negotiate contract terms for events, engagements and outreach, and communicate terms to stakeholders
· Understand and stay up-to-date with competitors strategies
· Make strategic business decisions
· Manage and maintain key stakeholder relationships (from funders to large B2B & B2C clients)
· Responsible for acquisition of key B2B customer-partners including Developing new business opportunities and commercialisation through multiple B2B & B2C channels.
· Work at all levels of customer management and develop long-term positive customer relationships, building loyalty and confidence in Hallo9x as a preferred screening partner.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
· 2-5 years of experience in Business development and Customer Success roles in hygiene (Care & Development)
· Sales and Marketing of products or services in B2B & B2C domains preferably in Rural Development segment. Experience in business development roles in hygiene sector.
· Experienced in community-based marketing initiatives for lead-generation.
· Hands-on, self-driven with high energy levels and willing to travel extensively.
· Have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with stakeholders across functions within the organization.
· Demonstrated achievement in B2B and large-scale customer sales
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including facilitation of group presentations
· Attending and presenting at conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of Hallo9x.
