Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle hiring across multiple departments: Projects, Engineering, QA/QC, MEP, Planning, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Finance, and Corporate roles.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Use multiple sourcing channels: Job Portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles in real estate.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements, job expectations, and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates, MIS reports, and recruitment dashboards to management.

4. Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screening, competency assessments, and coordination of technical rounds.
  • Evaluate candidates for functional fit, cultural fit, and stability.

5. Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, and candidate communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.

6. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Manage salary fitments, negotiations, and offer rollouts.
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of hiring in the Real Estate / Construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and social recruiting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in TA reporting & MIS.
