Customer Support Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 6 years of experience as a customer support manager
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Fluency in Tamil and Hindi is required; knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage conflict situations tactfully.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Prior experience in managing a customer service or support team preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹70,586.90 per month
