Job Description and Position:
Designation: Project Manager (PM)
Age: 27-45 Years
Basic qualification: Hold a recognized university degree in BE/ B.Tech/
Skills required: Computer Skills, Managerical Skills
Duties and responsibilities of Project Manager:
BPO EXPERIENCE /people handling
To train the Project Supervisors and Quality Check Personnel and monitor their performance in duties and attendance.
To have full responsibility over the functioning of the Minnagam and control of the Supervisors and the process of the quality check and their functioning.
To monitor, regulate and maintain the agents dress code (As per the TNEB rule) and maintain discipline and smooth functioning of the Minnagam.
Software installations and changes if any and trouble shooting.
To monitor network connectivity in the systems provided.
Shall maintain and ensure the smooth functioning of the system accessories, headphones and infrastructures provided to the agents, supervisors and quality check Personnel.
Shall have the responsibilities over the system and Headphones repair and services.
To generate all the required monthly reports and to take required reports then and there whenever required.
To conduct periodic meetings with the Project Supervisors, Quality Check Personnel and Agents without affecting the functioning of the Minnagam.
To follow instructions given by the Shift In-charge then and there and to give feed-back.
