Job Title: Senior Manager – Sales (FTL / PTL Container – 32 Ft MXL)
Location: Head Office – Delhi
Experience: 6–7 years (must be from the logistics/transportation industry)

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, market visits, and client meetings.
Focus on developing FTL / 32 Ft MXL container business from North India to Eastern & North-Eastern regions including Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, and Jorhat.
Identify and acquire contract clients for return loads from the above regions back to North India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and transport brokers.
Negotiate freight rates and finalize long-term transportation contracts.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Regularly follow up with existing customers to maximize volume and repeat business.
Maintain and report sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in FTL/container transport sales.
Strong network of clients and vendors in North India and East/Northeast routes.
Proven ability to generate business independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
