Job Summary:

MGM Hotels and Resorts is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives across all properties. This role will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative digital campaigns, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the digital marketing strategy across web, mobile, email, social media, and paid media channels.
  • Campaign Management: Lead integrated campaigns to promote hotel stays, dining, events, and experiences, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts.
  • Technology Integration: Work with MarTech and CRM teams to leverage automation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effective execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present strategies and performance reports to senior leadership and collaborate with property-level marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns and teams.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
