Business Support Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain
Location: Ranchi (On-site, Full-time)
Role Description:
We are looking for a Business Support Executive to support our logistics and supply chain operations in Ranchi. This role requires a mix of customer coordination and backend office support to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation. The executive will be responsible for:
Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipments, deliveries, and service updates.
Handling customer inquiries and providing timely, accurate information.
Maintaining shipment records, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
Supporting backend operations such as order processing, billing entries, documentation, and record management.
Using office applications and business tools to manage logistics data efficiently.
Assisting in daily operational activities to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
Following up on pending tasks, resolving issues, and helping the team achieve operational targets.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of office tools and business software (spreadsheets, documentation, data entry applications).
Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or business support roles preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
