Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ranchi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, and driving the growth of College Nexa's services. Daily tasks will include prospecting, managing client communications, attending meetings, and achieving sales or partnership goals. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and analyzing data for decision-making
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the education industry or prior experience in education consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
