Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Research:
    Conduct thorough research to identify new prospects and key decision-makers within our target sectors.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    Generate and qualify a pipeline of leads using tools like LinkedIn, our CRM, and strategic email outreach.
  • Outreach & Engagement:
    Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our solutions and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Needs Assessment:
    Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, evaluating their fit with our solutions.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategy, refine lead-generation tactics, and ensure a seamless prospect experience.
  • CRM Management:
    Accurately log, track, and manage all prospect interactions and information in our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics:
    Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
  • Market Awareness:
    Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role; we will also consider high-potential, motivated entry-level candidates.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilience and a persistent approach to achieving goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with outbound sales or cold outreach.
  • Previous background or knowledge in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
