Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and passionate Floor Manager to join our restaurant team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, leading a team of service staff, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and upselling techniques. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:

  2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

  3. Conduct regular training sessions to improve service standards and product knowledge.

  4. Manage employee leaves, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  5. Customer Service:

  6. Ensure exceptional guest experiences, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

  7. Build strong relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat business.

  8. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team.

  9. Sales Growth:

  10. Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers to increase sales revenue.

  11. Develop and implement strategies to increase average table spend and customer loyalty.

  12. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

  13. Operations Management:

  14. Oversee floor operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

  15. Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.

  16. Participate in menu development and inventory management.

  17. Hiring and Training:

  18. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for service staff.

  19. Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Education:

  2. Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

  3. MBA is a plus

  4. Experience:

  5. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry.

  6. Proven track record of leadership, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

  7. Age limit: Not more than 30.

  8. Skills:

  9. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  11. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  12. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
