Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tea Master to join our team as part of our restaurant's beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality tea beverages, managing tea inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages, including signature teas, tea lattes, and tea-based cocktails.

• Manage tea inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.

• Develop and implement new tea recipes and promotions.

• Maintain a clean and organized tea station, including equipment and utensils.

• Provide exceptional customer service, including recommendations and education on tea varieties.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create harmonious beverage and food pairings.

• Participate in menu planning and beverage development.

• Train and mentor junior staff on tea preparation and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a tea-focused role.

• Extensive knowledge of tea varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.

Skills:

• Tea brewing and preparation techniques.
