Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tea Counter Captain to lead our tea counter operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency in the tea counter area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and participate in the daily operations of the tea counter, including sales, service, and maintenance.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including recommendations and upselling of tea varieties, snacks, juices, shakes, and falooda.

  • Ensure accurate and efficient billing and transaction processing.

  • Monitor and control wastage, implementing strategies to minimize losses.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing tea counter area.

  • Lead by example, motivating and supporting team members to achieve sales targets and service standards.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.

  • Knowledge of tea varieties, snacks, and beverages is an advantage.
