Job Title Tea Counter Captain Department Service Guest Relations Section Food and Beverage Location Khalez restaurant Tirur Reports to Restaurant Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tea Counter Captain to lead our tea counter operations The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining operational efficiency in the tea counter area Key Responsibilities - Manage and participate in the daily operations of the tea counter including sales service and maintenance - Provide exceptional customer service including recommendations and upselling of tea varieties snacks juices shakes and falooda - Ensure accurate and efficient billing and transaction processing - Monitor and control wastage implementing strategies to minimize losses - Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing tea counter area - Lead by example motivating and supporting team members to achieve sales targets and service standards - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints and concerns resolving issues promptly and professionally Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions - Knowledge of tea varieties snacks and beverages is an advantage Skills - Sales and upselling techniques - Customer service and relations - Time management and organization - Leadership and team management - Basic math and cash handling - Communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - A dynamic and supportive work environment If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service please submit your application including your resume Job Types Full-time Permanent Volunteer Pay 16 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
