Make outbound calls to prospective students parents who have expressed interest Understand the academic and career aspirations of leads Explain course features benefits fees and learning outcomes Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication to support decision-making Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and timely information Maintain detailed call logs follow-up schedules and lead status in CRM tools Achieve daily weekly call and enrollment targets Collaborate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions sales activities and follow-ups in CRM tools Meet or exceed weekly monthly sales and conversion targets Stay informed on product updates industry trends and competitor offerings Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field 1-3 years of sales experience preferably in EdTech B2C sales Proven track record of successfully converting leads into customers Strong communication persuasion and relationship-building skills Self-driven with a focus on targets and KPIs Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language English Preferred Work Location In person
