**Telesales Executive**

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce and promote our products or services.
- Identify and understand customer needs and provide solutions to their problems.
- Explain product or service features and benefits to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retain their loyalty.
- Update and maintain customer database and sales records in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ethical standards.

- Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and handle rejection.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools.

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
