**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Khaleez Restaurant, Tirur

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell restaurant services, such as catering, events, and loyalty programs.

3. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the restaurant's overall revenue growth.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.

7. Stay up-to-date on restaurant menus, promotions, and events to effectively promote services to customers.

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong product knowledge of restaurant services, menus, and promotions.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
