Rapido is expanding in Bilaspur and we re looking for a Business Operations Executive BOE to join our city operations team As the on-ground Point of Contact PoC you will play a key role in demand and supply acquisition executing marketing campaigns and resolving operational challenges to strengthen Rapido s presence in Bilaspur Key Responsibilities Execute on-ground marketing activities BTL Offline to boost demand and supply acquisition Conduct market surveys and ensure effective campaign execution Engage with captains riders for feedback training and issue resolution Build local partnerships to strengthen demand and supply channels Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies to retain captains Act as the Voice of Captains and customers sharing insights with the strategy team Address and resolve operational challenges while ensuring smooth city operations Requirements Local Knowledge Must be a Bilaspur resident with strong understanding of city routes and market dynamics Experience 1-2 years in Marketing Sales or Field Operations preferably managing blue-collar teams Skills Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities On-Ground Readiness Ability to handle challenges and drive results independently Why Join Rapido Be part of India s leading mobility platform and create a real impact in your city Take ownership and drive city operations with full accountability Solve unique challenges and see immediate results Learn and grow with industry leaders while building your expertise Important Only apply if your hometown is Raipur Do not apply if your expected salary is above 3 LPA Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
