Job Title Tea Master Department Production Kitchen Location Khaleez Restaurant Tirur Reports to Executive Chef Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tea Master to join our team as part of our restaurant s beverage operations The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality tea beverages managing tea inventory and providing exceptional customer service Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages including signature teas tea lattes and tea-based cocktails - Manage tea inventory including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels - Develop and implement new tea recipes and promotions - Maintain a clean and organized tea station including equipment and utensils - Provide exceptional customer service including recommendations and education on tea varieties - Collaborate with kitchen staff to create harmonious beverage and food pairings - Participate in menu planning and beverage development - Train and mentor junior staff on tea preparation and service Requirements - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a tea-focused role - Extensive knowledge of tea varieties brewing methods and flavor profiles - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions Skills - Tea brewing and preparation techniques - Flavor profiling and pairing - Inventory management - Leadership and training skills - Creativity and attention to detail What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - A dynamic and supportive work environment If you are a tea enthusiast with a passion for crafting exceptional tea experiences please submit your application including your resume Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
