Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, leading a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

2. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff.

3. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance cleaning skills and knowledge.

4. Manage attendance, punctuality, and performance evaluations.

5. Housekeeping Operations:

6. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.

7. Conduct regular inspections and trainings to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness.

8. Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols.

9. Recruitment and Training:

10. Participate in recruitment and selection of housekeeping staff.

11. Train new staff members on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

12. Inventory Management:

13. Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.

14. Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

15. Quality Control:

16. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

17. Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferably in a hospitality a housekeeping supervisory role.

3. Proven track record of leadership and team management.

4. Skills:

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

7. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.

8. Certifications:

9. Hospitality or housekeeping certification preferred.
