**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our restaurant team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing front-of-house operations, and leading a team of hosts/hostesses.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guest Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Front-of-House Operations: Manage front desk operations, including reservations, seating, and waiting lists.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of hosts/hostesses, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including reservations and seating management.

**Responsibilities Specific to Front Desk Supervisor**
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Team Management: Motivate and support team members to provide exceptional service.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure front desk operations run smoothly, including managing reservations and waiting lists.

How to Apply
