This role goes beyond traditional HR functions and requires you to think like a business operator, focusing on building systems and processes that support a high-performance organization. Key Responsibilities: - Support the design and execution of HR strategies that are aligned with business goals and changing organizational needs - Establish and oversee HR operations including onboarding, performance management, internal communication, learning and development, and compliance - Manage key business operations processes to enhance alignment, execution speed, and cross-functional coordination - Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for critical roles, ensuring a consistent hiring pipeline and effective workforce planning - Serve as a trusted HR and operations advisor to the leadership team, providing insights, structured recommendations, and execution roadmaps - Develop scalable HR and talent acquisition workflows by implementing tools, automation, and processes that streamline operations - Cultivate a culture of accountability and ownership within the organization while maintaining a balance between empathy and performance - Act as a custodian of the organizational culture, ensuring that every process reinforces the identity and values of the company Qualifications Required: - Experience in setting up and scaling HR and operations in fast-paced environments - Strong ability to build systems and processes from scratch - Desire to play a central role in shaping the operational framework of an organization ,
