Role Overview: As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving HR and operations execution to ensure that people, processes, and performance are closely aligned with the business goals and evolving organizational needs. You will work closely with the leadership team to design and implement HR strategies that contribute to the overall success of the organization. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions and requires you to think like a business operator, focusing on building systems and processes that support a high-performance organization. Key Responsibilities: - Support the design and execution of HR strategies that are aligned with business goals and changing organizational needs - Establish and oversee HR operations including onboarding, performance management, internal communication, learning and development, and compliance - Manage key business operations processes to enhance alignment, execution speed, and cross-functional coordination - Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for critical roles, ensuring a consistent hiring pipeline and effective workforce planning - Serve as a trusted HR and operations advisor to the leadership team, providing insights, structured recommendations, and execution roadmaps - Develop scalable HR and talent acquisition workflows by implementing tools, automation, and processes that streamline operations - Cultivate a culture of accountability and ownership within the organization while maintaining a balance between empathy and performance - Act as a custodian of the organizational culture, ensuring that every process reinforces the identity and values of the company Qualifications Required: - Experience in setting up and scaling HR and operations in fast-paced environments - Strong ability to build systems and processes from scratch - Desire to play a central role in shaping the operational framework of an organization ,
