This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in all facets of HR operations, Talent Acquisition, Legal &compliance

Job Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter based in Bengaluru.

In-depth knowledge of Recruitment/selection / Onboarding, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees

Sourcing of candidates from various methods

In-depth knowledge of compliance

Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures.

Other responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills:

Post-Graduation in Human Resource is preferred (MBA,MSW in HR)

Certification in HR Process, Hiring, Employee Relations & Talent Management would be an added advantage

Skills and Competencies:

* Deep expertise in Indian labour laws, employment policies, and workplace compliance.

* Strong recruitment skills.

* Excellent written, verbal communication & social media skills

Industry background-Facility management, Recruitment, and manpower outsourcing firms

  • Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Strong interviewing skills and experience in conducting candidate assessments
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
