Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Jaipur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate housing finance solutions. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, reviewing loan applications, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursements, and meeting business development targets. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, proactive communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in assessing loan viability and reviewing applications
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet business development targets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of affordable housing finance or financial services will be an advantage
  • Strong ethical standards and a customer-first mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or certification in finance is a plus
  • Prior experience in relationship management or sales is preferred
