Role: Sales Lead – B2B (Blockchain, Web3, AI, Staff Augmentation)
Location: Indore (Onsite)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Onsite Sales Lead to drive our B2B sales in Blockchain, Web3, AI, and Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onsite sales team in Indore to achieve revenue targets through B2B deals in blockchain, Web3, AI, and staff augmentation services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting enterprises and startups adopting emerging technologies.
- Promote and expand our staff augmentation offerings to address client talent needs.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring solutions align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with onsite technical teams to customize solutions and service delivery.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare accurate revenue forecasts, and present reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Blockchain, Web3, AI, and Staff Augmentation models.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams to develop and deliver client-focused solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
