Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of 8-10 Sales Executives, helping them meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while ensuring a strong, motivating team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 Inside Sales Executives.
  • Drive daily sales performance and team KPIs.
  • Conduct regular training, call audits, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor CRM updates and ensure accurate tracking of leads.
  • Strategize and implement conversion tactics for maximum closures.
  • Act as the communication bridge between the team and Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of B2C or inside sales experience
  • Prior experience in team handling (minimum 5 team members)
  • Strong understanding of EdTech/B2C sales funnels
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
