Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct meetings and product demos for onboarding new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain proper records of client communication and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Min 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Passion for sales and client interaction.
