**Your Role**:
As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of 8-10 Sales Executives, helping them meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while ensuring a strong, motivating team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive daily sales performance and team KPIs.
- Conduct regular training, call audits, and performance reviews.
- Monitor CRM updates and ensure accurate tracking of leads.
- Strategize and implement conversion tactics for maximum closures.
- Act as the communication bridge between the team and Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of B2C or inside sales experience
- Prior experience in team handling (minimum 5 team members)
- Strong understanding of EdTech/B2C sales funnels
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
