Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales (B2B)-Executive located in Noida. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing B2B sales activities, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and understanding customer requirements. They will also be responsible for managing and updating the CRM, handling client queries, and facilitating smooth sales operations.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including lead generation and B2B selling
- Customer relationship management and CRM software proficiency
- Market research, understanding customer requirements, and handling client queries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Relevant experience in sales or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
