About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Executive
with experience in
SAP solutions
to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and customer engagement across North America. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP's product portfolio and the ability to connect with decision-makers in mid-size to enterprise-level organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the outside sales team.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate SAP solutions and value propositions.
- Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to support regional campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to lead conversion and pipeline generation.
- Stay up-to-date on SAP products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP BTP) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with US clients or markets.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with an SAP partner or consultancy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
