Sales Representative

· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential business clients.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
· Provide excellent post-sales customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
· Graduation / Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
· 6 months to 5 years of experience in B2B sales (Bulk SMS sales experience required).
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Hands-on experience with CRM and sales software.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in digital marketing or SaaS-based solutions is a plus.
· Knowledge of telecom or messaging platforms is advantageous.
