**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell medical products (surgical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic) to hospitals, doctors, and healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital staff
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and meetings with decision-makers
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain customer data, call records, and sales updates in CRM tools
- Provide after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of field visits and sales performance
- Represent the company in promotional events, CME programs, and health camps

**Who Are You**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields)
- 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or hospital product marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to grow within the healthcare sales field
