Qualification : For BD Executives the candidates should have a minimum of 2 years plus hands-on

experience in B2B sales and marketing industry especially worked with a digital marketing agency handling

B2B clients with graduation completion in marketing or relevant field.

Timings: 10 AM- 6 PM (Mon-Sat)

CTC: INR 15,000- INR 25,000 Per Month ( 1.8 LPA – 3 LPA )

Work Mode: Work from Office Only.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to

join our team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients,

responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales pipeline,

and closing deals for our digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and a

proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through to contract

negotiation and closing.

 Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets.

 Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand a prospect's business challenges,

marketing goals, and current digital maturity.

 Utilize CRM and sales intelligence tools to track activities and manage the sales funnel

effectively.

 Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients who align with our ideal customer

profile (ICP).

 Develop and execute outbound strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach,

networking) to generate a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities.

 Serve as a subject matter expert, articulating how our specific digital marketing services

(e.g., account-based marketing, enterprise SEO, lead generation campaigns) can solve

their pain points.

 Collaborate with the Strategy and Proposal teams to tailor compelling, customized

service proposals and presentations.

 Stay current with B2B digital marketing trends, competitive landscapes, and prospect

needs to continually refine the sales approach and provide valuable market feedback to

internal teams.

 Represent the agency at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking

functions.

 Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and manage the sales process from initial contact

to contract signing using our CRM system ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot]).

 Create compelling sales proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to C-level

executives and key decision-makers.

 Negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close new business deals.

Requirements

 Demonstrable knowledge of core digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social

Media, Content Marketing) and the ability to discuss their strategic value to a B2B

audience.

 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with experience

managing a multi-month sales cycle.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation

skills.

 Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools.

 Strong negotiation, lead generation and sales closing skills.

 Solid foundational understanding of key digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC,
