Position: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Attend business meetings, events, and exhibitions for brand promotion and lead generation.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and client handling ability.
  • Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good understanding of marketing, sales strategies, and business processes.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach towards work.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Business Development or Sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
