Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the market.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads and set meetings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
