Role Summary

We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and professional Business development associate who will be responsible for outbound calling, client follow-ups, and occasional field visits for client meetings and lead generation. The ideal candidate will come with experience in client-facing roles, preferably in service sectors like banking, insurance, IT services, or software companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch services and schedule meetings.
  • Follow up on incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Maintain a database of calls and interactions in CRM/spreadsheets.
  • Visit potential clients for presentations, documentation, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
  • Share daily call/visit reports with the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

  • Gender: Female
  • Preferred Industry Background: Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Software, or any Client-Servicing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English
  • Presentable personality with a professional approach to handling clients
  • Comfortable with tele-calling, client interaction, and local field visits
  • Ability to multitask and follow up with prospects effectively
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM software knowledge is a plus)
  • Confidence to engage with clients face-to-face

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling/client servicing roles
  • Graduation in any stream
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (as needed)
  • Own two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory)
