The company deals in the Health and Hygiene sector with products ranging from Adult Diapers, Underpads for both Humans and Pets, and many others.

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our products, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

**Hybrid Model**:We follow a hybrid model wherein the representative is required to visit the office only once a week for updates, follow-ups and issues.

**Commission Structure**:We follow a lucrative commission structure on every successful sale.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Areas to Cover**: Delhi NCR

**Initial Product**: Underpads for Pets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (required)
