Job Title: Field Sales Representative

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines, representing our company, and working to expand our customer base and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and customer needs.
