Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive at Urja Mobility, you will be responsible for driving sales of our battery leasing and electric vehicle leasing solutions across L2, L3, and L5 categories. You will work with both B2B and B2C segments to expand our market presence, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our mission of advancing sustainable mobility solutions.
- Actively promote and sell Urja Mobility's battery and electric vehicle leasing solutions for L2, L3, and L5 vehicles to a diverse customer base.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across B2B and B2C channels, including direct sales, online platforms, and industry events.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and secure referrals also develop new clients and dealers in market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to inform business strategies and management decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to communicate effectively with clients.
- Represent Urja Mobility at trade shows, community events, and industry gatherings to engage potential customers and elevate brand visibility.
**Job Specification**:
- Experience: 2+yrs (**in EV Segment Required**)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the automotive, electric vehicle, or leasing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with EV and its different segments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
